WordPress (the blog tool used to write this blog – www.wordpress.com) provides us with a neat little tool that generate a daily report of what keywords were used to find this blog.

I quickly realized breaking down these keywords in categories would provide me with the means to quickly and easily determine what topics readers are more apt to enquire or need assistance with.

With the history collected we have determined five major categories of interest: Freight, Claims, Rating, Air and Cost Control.

Freight: any word or sentence referring to ground transportation
Claims: any word or sentence referring to claiming against damaged or lost cargo
Rating: any word or sentence referring to rating, calculating and determining chargeable weight and freight charges
Air: any word or sentence referring to air freight / courier
Cost Control: any word or sentence referring to cost control methods in achieving economical means of shipping (may even include re-organizing procedures and work instructions)

Below is the graph I created from the information Worpress collected.

Categories

The following numbers are expressed in percentage and quite surprisingly, “rating” is well ahead of “cost control”.

Freight: 11.32%
Claims: 13.21%
Rating: 47.17%
Air: 5.66 %
Cost Control: 22.64%
